Bad customer service by the cashier. I have experienced it twice . First of all judgemental and secondly today the lady was so fast and repeating herself again n again although I was keeping the groceries for her to scan. She pulled the cart towards her which is so humiliating and to note there were no customers waiting after us . Time:12:30 , Nov23 . Then after the payment she stood up facing her back towards us after my husband told her to slow down.
I guess itβs the attitude she shows towards immigrants. They need to be trained. Itβs a good store but these behavioural issues from a few cashiers make it not so welcoming
So far, I have been there two times and save a lot of money . π° The last time I was there ,my friend came and compared the prices to other shopping π places. My friend said if you were to buy most of the items else were it would be well over $450 or more depending on the other grocery stores . π€ This time, I bought $98.98, and my friend said the same groceries would cost me over $490 or more for the same items. My friends' groceries came out to $198.98 for a family of four. My friend stated the groceries would cost over $590. or more. Other customers are catching on, too, at the prices . Where else can you beat the prices beside Costco. People said Costco is too much membership at $50 per year. People want to save money and not lose money.
My work shops here at least three to four times a week and the staff are super helpful and friendly, the store has everything you need in bulk supplies.
Totally recommend.!!
As an impulsive buyer, I always shop for deals. That being said, Wholesale Club is my go-to place, be it for the business or my house supplies. Especially because of COVID-19, their digital flyer has helped me in saving more time when I am looking for specific deals and purchases (props to that).
The staff is friendly as always. Much recommended place if you are shopping in bulk for your business, house, or school.
Got what i needed, haven't been there for a long time. It was a different experience compared to the other grocery stores. Have to go there again some time soon.
A good place for wholesale shopping. Though one can go for retail shopping as well. Good range of products. The only problem we faced was that there were too few registers.
Oh wow. I used my optimum card at Wholesale on 4th and Broad yesterday, yes they except the card now. I was surprised at all the savings I got on products I actually use. I used to use instacart. But, I refuse to use their services now. Instacart does not offer the use of optimum points for Wholesale and they charge inflated prices on each product on top of their hidden fees, delivery charges and services fees. Not worth it to deal with Instacart anymore.
Produce employee was helpful and polite! Cashiers were experienced, quick and polite! Awesome place to shop for bulk items!
